宽带测址（见IEC 60268-1中6.1）    滤波器应是频率响应在图Cl所示限值范围内的带通滤波器。    带通滤波器在22.4 Hz-22.4 kH：之间其有大致不变的传输系数，在该频带以外，其衰减按（:13/T 3241规定的其中心频率为31. 5 Hz和16 000 H：的倍频程带通滤波器所规定的衰减速率衰减，其频率响应在本标准规定的限值范围内。
